A Sneak Peek at Your Future Role

As a Data Automation Specialist, you will build and maintain scalable data systems and automation workflows, working closely with senior team members to deliver solutions that are reliable, efficient, and aligned with established standards. You will contribute directly to the delivery of client solutions, from gathering requirements through to configuration, testing, and go-live.

You will implement data pipelines, automation workflows, and AI-driven processes, applying your technical skills across low-code platforms, scripting, and API integrations. You will follow and contribute to architecture patterns and reusable frameworks, ensuring consistency and quality across everything you build.

Over time, you will take ownership of key automation processes, support data quality across systems, and help build documentation and templates that improve how the team delivers at scale.

Here Are the Key Tasks You'll Be Working on Every Day

Build and configure applications for client deployments, following established architecture patterns and deployment standards.
Gather requirements from account teams, document technical specifications, and escalate customization requests that fall outside the agreed scope.
Implement database structures with relational logic, data validation rules, and standardized naming conventions.
Execute UAT sessions, document optimization requests, and support go-live activities under the direction of senior team members.
Implement AI-driven workflows using LLMs, applying prompt engineering techniques to deliver structured and reliable outputs.
Build and maintain ETL processes and API integrations with external tools and platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot automation failures, data inconsistencies, and integration issues, while documenting workflows and system logic.

We're Thrilled to Have You Consider Joining Our Team. Here Are the Qualifications We're Seeking

At least three years of experience in data engineering and automation development.
Experience with low-code platforms such as Airtable.
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for scripting and data processing.
Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON data structures, and webhooks.
Hands-on experience building automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
Understanding of relational databases, data modelling concepts, and ETL processes.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Skills That Would Make You Shine Even Brighter!

You had contact with LLMs such as OpenAI or Claude and applied prompt engineering for structured outputs.
You are familiar with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
You have prior experience in media, advertising, or AdTech environments.
