A Sneak Peek at Your Future Role

As an AI Lead, you will drive the practical application of AI across projects, processes, workflows, and digital initiatives. The focus of this role is on identifying where AI creates real business value and shaping those opportunities into scalable solutions embedded in day-to-day operations.

You will work at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering, acting as a clear bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will translate business needs, process realities, and strategic goals into well-defined AI-enabled workflows, automations, and digital initiatives that support core business activities.

This is a proactive role for someone with a strong technical background and a clear product focus. You will design user flows, establish outcomes and success metrics, and develop AI solutions over time, aligning stakeholders and turning business challenges into scalable, AI-powered products and platforms with measurable results.

Here Are the Key Tasks You'll Be Working on Every Day

• Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s AI and automation strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, technical execution, governance structures, and measurable performance metrics.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze end-to-end workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies and decision points, and convert operational challenges into clear, actionable AI and automation use cases.

• Design proofs of concept in live business environments, ensuring a structured transition into scalable production solutions with clearly defined success metrics.

• Act as the bridge between executive leadership, product management, engineering, data teams, IT, and external partners, converting strategic objectives into clear functional and technical requirements.

• Establish best practices, operational playbooks, and responsible AI guidelines while addressing adoption barriers related to processes, skills, incentives, and governance.

• Implement dashboards, performance metrics, and data pipelines to track the performance of AI initiatives and support consistent, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Background and experience in engineering, data, digital transformation, and AI.

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex initiatives.

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into executable plans.

• Strong business acumen with a value-driven mindset.

• Solid product mindset and stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments with ownership of roadmaps and delivery.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
