A Sneak Peek at Your Future Role

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will serve as the primary tester for data-driven web applications. You will perform manual, automated, and exploratory testing to ensure product quality throughout the development process. Since this platform is highly data-focused, you will evaluate various web applications and data warehousing solutions to identify and report issues.

Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with developers to improve testability and incorporate quality assurance practices into the development process. The team will also coordinate with product and project management to ensure the resolution of issues identified early in projects.

You will take ownership of the QA strategy for manual testing, which includes translating complex business requirements into executable test cases, understanding business rules, and contributing ideas to enhance overall product quality.

Here Are the Key Tasks You'll Be Working on Every Day

• Take responsibility for the entire QA lifecycle, from test planning to execution and closure, and serve as the primary tester for high-profile, data-driven web applications, ensuring consistent quality standards across releases.

• Develop and maintain manual, API, automation, and exploratory tests across both application and data layers to ensure thorough validation of data workflows, reporting logic, and complex system integrations.

• Test data warehousing and reporting solutions with accuracy by gaining a strong understanding of business rules and converting requirements into well-structured, executable test cases that guarantee precision and reliability.

• Detect issues early in development and analyze system behavior, clearly documenting bugs and risks.

• Collaborate with the team by sharing quality standards and ongoing improvement initiatives.

We're Thrilled to Have You Consider Joining Our Team. Here Are the Qualifications We're Seeking

• At least five years of experience in manual, API, automation, and performance testing of complex systems.

• Experience testing APIs using Postman or similar tools, along with automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium.

• Proficiency with T-SQL within MS SQL Server and solid knowledge of at least one modern programming language, preferably C#.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to precisely isolate issues and approach testing with rigor and structure.

• Experience creating clear and structured documentation, including test plans and test cases, and working with tools such as JIRA.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
