A Sneak Peek at Your Future Role

As a Scrum Master, you will ensure the products and services are delivered efficiently and with quality and serve as a central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, and key stakeholders, providing structured reporting, safeguarding deadlines, and ensuring smooth execution of projects and migrations.

You will lead initiatives across the full lifecycle, applying agile best practices within teams. This includes facilitating ceremonies, guiding teams on how to write clear and estimable tickets, reinforcing adherence to agile standards, and intervening when processes drift off track.

Working closely with Product Owners, sponsors, and stakeholders, you need to operate with flexibility and precision as you will help cross-functional teams, provide clear product reporting, and ensure alignment with strategic business and technology objectives at every stage of delivery.

Here Are the Key Tasks You'll Be Working on Every Day

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale initiatives across the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects and migrations are delivered on time and within scope.

• Act directly in product development initiatives, using agile principles, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and managing user stories and backlogs.

• Handle estimations, capacity planning, commitment tracking, and risk mitigation to ensure delivery.

• Monitor key performance indicators and constraints, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.

• Work closely with Product Managers to align execution with business objectives, roadmap priorities, and technology requirements.

• Provide product reporting and performance insights to support data-informed decision-making and quarterly prioritization.

• Build relationships across cross-functional and international teams, influencing stakeholders across time zones.

We're Thrilled to Have You Consider Joining Our Team. Here Are the Qualifications We're Seeking

• At least five to seven years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of product and project management.

• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and acting as an Agile Coach, knowing how to apply Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Ability to blend Agile and plan-driven project management approaches effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to be proactive, supportive of the team, but also flexible, managing executive-level interactions and resolving issues.

• Experience working with Ad Tech, products, and digital solutions.

• Proficiency with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally.

• Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
